Pilates
Are you wanting to improve your overall fitness or have a particular exercise goal in mind?

Pilates is a great body-mind practice that improves your balance, posture, strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing, regardless of your fitness levels or abilities.

I currently run face to face mat based and chair classes in venues local to Chipstead / Coulsdon and Caterham (see below) and one to one sessions depending on your overall goals and needs.  Maximum class numbers are 12.

Classes are organised into courses, run over a number of weeks (usually around 6 weeks but this can vary). These are typically aligned to the local school term dates.

equipment provided for Pilates classes - balls, bands, pilates circles, foam rollers and hand weights

I use small equipment (Balls, Bands, Pilates Circles, Foam Rollers, weights etc.) which I provide.  You only need to bring a mat.

The main focus for all the courses is exercising whilst having fun 😊

Classes are run in these locations:
